Big data refers to data sets which size or type is beyond the ability of traditional relational databases to capture, manage and process the data with low-latency. AI, mobile, social and IoT are driving data complexity, new forms and sources of data. Analyzing big data creates insights that lead to better strategic business moves and decisions.
During our evening session on Thursday June 6 we will elaborate on fraud detection, how we use a chatbot for feedback analysis, and the tool we developed to monitor user experience at one of our customers.
