To stimulate your creativity, we provide various office locations where you can get together with colleagues. And our management is constantly looking for new ways to make your life as pleasant as possible with more flexibility, efficiency and freedom.
Having fun is part of the job too!
Hard work is rewarded with at least as much fun. Or how about quarterly meetings where you can learn to play golf, or bombard your colleagues during a VR game. We also have virtual coffee corners where you can catch up. The birth of a new Devoteam baby is announced in our monthly newsletter.
Our CEO always checks in with his employees and anticipates possible questions or worries in his monthly webinar. And during our annual Town Hall, you get the chance to get to know all your colleagues. Are you sporty? Then be sure to join our sports team and defend the Devoteam colors during various competitions.

Brand new office that supports work-life balance
Mid-year 2023, you will find us in the new Wings building in Machelen. Our new workplace is completely future-proof and the offices have been designed with every ‘work mode’ in mind. From quiet rooms, flexi-desks and phone booths to auditoria, a brasserie-style cafeteria and several fun areas. And all in an ecologically responsible way. The building is also easily accessible by car and public transport.
