Making a Positive Impact
For us, various Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) goals are high on the agenda. The Devoteam Foundation supports charities that lack the resources to tackle their IT themselves. Through the CoderDojo initiative, we focus on the IT professionals of tomorrow. And we also try to convince our customers of green IT initiatives such as phasing out their printing culture.
The Devoteam Foundation
From the Devoteam Foundation, we call on our employees to devote a few working hours a year to a good cause that could use extra IT help but has no budget for it. To do so, we work with a company that helps our volunteers choose a charity that suits them.
But our employees can also bring their own charity to our attention. Any non-profit organization that has a positive impact on society is welcome.
CoderDojo: enabling young people to be creative with tech
Because we believe it is important that all children can have access to technology, we cooperate with the CoderDojo initiative in various ways. For instance, we actively support their program to encourage young girls’ interest in IT. We also help our staff if they would like to teach during a Dojo session, and encourage everyone on our team to better document, improve and optimize Coderdojo’s codes.

At Devoteam, you participate in building the future of tomorrow. On a business level, we actively look for ways to make our customers more sustainable. For example, we try to reduce their ecological footprint by offering solutions that allow them to use less paper or work more efficiently.
