The doors of our managers and CEO are literally open to everyone. For us, it is important that everyone can interact with each other. And we all stick together when necessary. So don’t be shocked if one day you see our CEO explaining our car policy to some starters, or that a school leaver is given as much space to defend his ideas as someone who has been working for us for years.

To help people grow, we have an extensive network of coaches and support services. For example, there are practice managers who are responsible for practical matters such as approving your training courses or offering help with technical questions.
Our people coaches guide the next steps in your career through talks and practical tips. We also see the function of people coach as an excellent stepping stone for employees who aspire a management position.

Our support services are ready to sharpen your soft skills. They ensure a healthy work-life balance and pay attention to your well-being. In addition, they will listen to you when issues or problems arise. To discover these at an early stage, we regularly conduct short (anonymous) surveys among our employees. All points are carefully followed up by someone from HR or our confidential advisor.
