Stefan Lodewijckx leads new business line
Devoteam Belgium is excited to announce the creation of a new business line: Business Process Excellence (BPE). It brings together our expertise in ServiceNow and Enterprise Service Excellence. Stefan Lodewijckx has taken up a new role as the head of BPE department. This division’s task is to improve and automate business processes.
Lodewijckx’s department particularly wants to focus on their offer with ServiceNow, an American business offering cloud software for digital workflows. On a global scale, Devoteam aims to increase its ServiceNow revenue fourfold in 2024. As of 2019, Devoteam is an Elite Partner of ServiceNow. Drawing on more than 20 years of experience in Service Management, we offer a full ServiceNow platform coverage. Our international Centre of Excellence, located in Prague, is our clients’ innovation lab and training centre.
To grow our ServiceNow service offering in Belgium, we developed a unique approach this year, which is a project run by the BPE department. This department consists of three parts: the current BPE unit, complemented with a Service Management unit and a ServiceNow unit. The last two units are being developed with the help of Arnaud Delcroix and Julien Sansotero, who joined Devoteam recently as ServiceNow Business Manager.
BPE is one of our six departments, the other ones being Agile Cloud, Agile DevOps, Cybersecurity, Data Integrated Digital Workplace and Telco & Project Management Office. The BPE department also collaborates closely with Devoteam Management Consulting (DMC) to drive digital transformation from a technological and business perspective.
