Women In Tech – Inspirational Talk : Female Leadership

We are excited to host an online event featuring two highly accomplished women ; Renata Castello, Business Transformation Leader and Sofia Versteeg, Associate Director Project Management, both members of the DCI committee, who will approach during our online talk, a very inspiring topic based on their experiences, women’s leadership, on a global scope.

Women have a unique and natural leadership style that brings a non-traditional approach to organizations, characterized by a strong emphasis on connection, personalization, and vulnerability. However, many women also have multiple roles and responsibilities, including being professional, caring for loved ones, and managing household tasks.

During the event, Renata will discuss the importance of self-care and prioritizing mental health, and how to support other women in thriving in challenging environments.

Furthermore, Sofia Versteeg will describe how can mentoring and DE&I spaces boost your career and why building a support network has always played an important role in everyone’s personal and professional journey.

Attendees of the event will be encouraged to take risks, seek out new opportunities to learn from leaders within and outside their organizations, and engage in open and honest communication as a way to grow personally and professionally.
